Resilient individuals have the skills to push through perceived challenges or setbacks. Resiliency is not static. Individuals need to not only have confidence to cope but also energy. They also are likely to have a positive attitude, optimism, and ability to manage their emotions, and can see failure as a form of learning1. Resiliency can be developed and trained.

The purpose of this screen is to allow you to evaluate your current resiliency level. It is suggested to repeat this resiliency monitor monthly to track and measure your resiliency level. Individuals with high levels of resilience are more likely to experience positive mental health than those with low resiliency levels.

This is not a clinical measure or diagnostic tool; it is meant only to be a screening tool
