Happiness IQ Quick Survey
How happy are you on a typical day? Watching Mattew McConaughey’s Oscar acceptance speech inspired the development of this tool. He shared what appeared to be a powerful formula and call for action for happiness: "What do you look up to? What do you look forward to? What do you chase?" Brilliant advice! People who focus on being happy are 50% less likely to have heart attacks or catch the flu, and are more likely to live a longer and healthier life. Neuroscience shows that people’s answers about their level of happiness correlates with activity in the part of the brain where the feeling of happiness is 1. It is clear that the more happy thoughts you have daily, the more likely you will report yourself as being a happy person. One effective defence for life stress is the creation of internal happiness.
