Fatigue Risk Quick Survey
Fatigue can be due to not getting enough sleep. It also can be a symptom of a medical condition such as diabetes, high blood pressure, depression, heart disease, chronic work-related stress or obesity. Fatigue can become what’s known as chronic fatigue, which then becomes its own medical concern, myalgic encephalomyelitis. When not dealt with, fatigue can have a negative impact on mental and physical health and put a person at increased risk for an accident in the workplace or on the way to and from work. This survey allows you to explore the most common symptoms of fatigue in the workplace.
