The term Big Five refers to five broad domains of personality used in the study of psychology to describe human personality. The Big Five model has been shown in studies to account for different traits in personality with consistency in interviews, self-descriptions, and observations. The Big Five model also tends to work well across a wide range of ages and cultures. Having an awareness of your personality traits will enhance your ability to understand how you are perceived by others.
