The 13 Psychological Health &
Safety (PHS) Factors (the Standard) Organizational Benchmark
CAN/CSA-Z1003-13/BNQ 9700-803/2013,
Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace is a voluntary
standard intended to provide systematic guidelines for Canadian employers
that will help enable them to develop and continuously improve
psychologically safe and healthy work environments for their
employees.
This tool can support individuals and/or organizations
interested in evaluating how mature their organization is today in each of
the 13 Psychological Health and Safety Factors. The objective is to
facilitate conversations on how to successfully implement the 13 PHS
Factors.
