(the Standard)
Organizational Benchmark

CAN/CSA-Z1003-13/BNQ 9700-803/2013, Psychological Health and Safety in the Workplace is a voluntary standard intended to provide systematic guidelines for Canadian employers that will help enable them to develop and continuously improve psychologically safe and healthy work environments for their employees.

This tool can support individuals and/or organizations interested in evaluating how mature their organization is today in each of the 13 Psychological Health and Safety Factors. The objective is to facilitate conversations on how to successfully implement the 13 PHS Factors.

Instructions:

  • Read each statement and respond how you perceive the majority of employees in your organization would respond.
  • Once you submit your responses you will immediately receive a benchmark report.
      • Note: If you are a part of an organization completing this benchmark your data will be aggregated with your peers.
  • This study will take less than 10 minutes to complete.
  • The progress bar at the top right hand corner of each page will show you where you are in the study.
  • Print your results if you want a copy. This is the only way to retrieve your individual results.
